I can think of no-one more charming, polite or service skilled than Nella. Nella is cheerful, punctual and hardworking.
As if her lovely personality weren’t enough, where Nella really shone was in the total and thorough organisation and merchandising of my shop. She was a marvel! She has a knack and a passion for sorting and sifting and arranging things into logical, practical, workable order.
She actually gets pleasure form tidying and making every corner of an environment harmonious and attractive.
